Today is "CIDB DAY  with us" - so to speak

Following to the yesterday incident that we represent our valuable client, we have tweeted to @CIDB_Malaysia on our experience with their officer.
Respect to the CIDB Social Media team that take action immediately to contact us following to our tweet on that matters.


CIDB SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM WITH US 
Our issue was handle with a good PR and Professional by them. This is a very2 good customer service that they have. To conclude everything, we as a CIDB Client are very satisfied with the response, regardless the incident happened yesterday.... 

Thank you CIDB for having our situation resolved.


REALITY OF DEALING WITH CERTAIN PEOPLE
This is what we are facing sometimes.. some hiccups. Yet we never runaway .. We face it ...and come what may ...that is the kind of our service attitude quality when representing our client to any other parties. 

We make sure any issue been taken care and resolved.

Actually..whenever we representing our client, we are like embedding our client into our soul and mind and we "became" them (as an analogy to explain)...

Hence we treated their company is like our "own company" and we do not want any of our "own company" having or facing any problem. 

Without a doubt, we will giving all the best great effort that we have and pushing to the limit that we must to make sure our client satisfied with the solution and outcome. ...And that is the kind of service attitude we hold in our mind at anytime,every time and every day without failed.

POLICY
A service oriented business is about to make sure your client satisfied with your service. I must say CIDB or any other organization understand this simple rule of thumb..


...... Its just that certain people really don't get it.... 



Hey..!! We just can't break someone thick skull and forced this kind of knowledge / ideology into their brain.... Don't we ??
